How HaulageBid works

Posting a load

Create a shipper or forwarder account, choose Post a load and enter the route, dates, vehicle and equipment needs. Review offers under My loads, then accept the carrier you choose.

Finding work

Carriers can browse the load board, view the requirements and submit a bid. Accepted jobs include messages, documents and delivery updates.

Warehouse storage

Warehouse operators can publish storage details. Other members can browse available listings and send an enquiry.

What does verification mean?

Company profiles show their current verification status. “Unverified” and “Pending” do not mean a business has passed a check. Review the available information and discuss requirements before accepting a bid.

How does the trial work?

New subscriptions include three months free. Stripe Checkout displays your selected recurring price and the trial details before confirmation. Members with an active Stripe subscription can open Membership to manage billing.
