We process information to provide the marketplace, manage membership services and support activity between businesses, carriers and warehouse operators.
Information we process
HaulageBid processes account and company details, load and storage listings, bids, messages, uploaded documents and subscription identifiers, team invitations and carrier verification documents to provide the marketplace.
Payments & trial protection
Stripe handles checkout and payment details.
To limit repeat free trials, we retain a keyed hash of sign-up IP addresses and the payment method fingerprint Stripe provides; administrators can review repeated sign-up signals.
Analytics & notifications
We record the business country selected at registration and aggregate public page-view counts by country and day. The dashboard reports page views rather than unique people.
Optional email or SMS notifications use the contact information you provide.
Member visibility & controls
Your account details are visible to authorised members where needed for bids and jobs. You can update your contact and notification preferences in your profile.
